  2. PURCHASE CONDITIONS
    The Iwona Ligęza online store is located at www.iwonaligeza.com and is used to purchase products via the Internet.
    The condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion of the order form, selection of the payment method, selection of the shipping method and sending the order. The deadline for making the payment is 7 days.
    The preferred form of payment is prepayment by bank transfer to the following account: mBank: 77 1140 2004 0000 3702 8064 3399 or by credit card in the PAY-U Poland system.
    After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
    The person placing the order declares that he has read the content of the store regulations and accepts its provisions. If the Ordering Party fails to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, the Iwona Ligęza Online Store is entitled to cancel the placed order.
    Iwona Ligęza online store reserves the right to reject an order in which order forms have been partially or incorrectly filled.
    All prices quoted in the Iwona Ligęza Online Store are prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN). An invoice can be issued upon request.

    3. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
    Pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights - "Entrepreneurs' obligations in off-premises or distance contracts" Art. on the medium (e-mail) at the latest when the Consumer expresses his will to be bound by a distance or off-premises contract.

    4. SHIPMENT
    1. All works are packed very carefully.
    2. Items purchased on the website of the online store are shipped via Inpost or Envelo. Shipping cost PLN 14 or other, currently provided on the website. The guaranteed time for delivery of parcels by a courier company is 2 business days.
    3. Shipments are usually carried out within 3 days from the moment the transfer is booked. This does not apply to custom-made work where the deadline for completion of the ordered work is clearly stated.

    5. CONFIDENTIALITY
    1. The administrator of personal data is Iwona Ligęza running a business under the name of Iwona Ligęza (business address: ul. Kochanowskiego 23, 01-864 Warsaw) entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP : 1182200738, REGON: 384627023.
    2.We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / WE (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
    3.We only process the personal data that the Customer voluntarily provided when performing activities in the Store, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address of the Goods.
    4. Personal data is processed by us only for the purpose of:
    performance of the contract (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

    6. Your data is processed as long as we are bound by the contract. After performance, termination or withdrawal from the contract, we store your data for the period in which you could claim from us related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract and claims for non-compliance of the goods with the contract, and through which we could pursue such claims from you .
    7. You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data by us, if you want to use them, write to us by email:
    1) the right to confirm processing - you have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether your personal data is being processed, and if this is the case, you are entitled to access the data and obtain information regarding the processing of your data;
    2) the right to rectify - you can request us to immediately correct your personal data if you believe that it is incorrect or out of date. You can also ask us for a supplement if you believe that your data is incomplete due to the purpose for which we process the data;
    3) the right to be forgotten - you have the right to "be forgotten"; this means that you can request us to delete your personal data, and we will delete the data immediately if:
    a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we have the right to process them,
    b) if we process data on the basis of your consent and you have withdrawn your consent,
    c) you have objected to the processing of your data (see point 6) below),
    d) it happened that despite our best efforts to properly protect your data and process it in accordance with applicable regulations, it is processed unlawfully,
    e) the compulsion to delete data results from the purpose of our compliance with a legal obligation provided for in the law of the European Union or the law of the Republic of Poland,
    4) the right to request restriction of data processing - you may request us to limit the processing of your data if:
    a) you question the correctness of personal data - for a period allowing us to check the correctness of this data,
    b) the processing of your data is unlawful in your opinion, but you oppose their removal, requesting instead to limit their use,
    c) we no longer need personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need them to establish, assert or defend claims,
    d) you have objected to the processing of data by us - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on our side override the grounds of your objection;
    5) the right to transfer data - you can request us to send, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, your personal data that you previously provided to us. You can send this data to another administrator, and also request us, if technically possible, to send the data directly to another administrator;
    you have the right to transfer data only in relation to the data that we process on the basis of an agreement with you or on the basis of your consent;
    6) the right to object - we process the collected personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our services, therefore you have the right to object at any time (for reasons related to your particular situation) to the processing of data to the extent to which this processing is carried out for the purpose of direct marketing; in such a case, immediately
    we will stop processing your data for this purpose;
    7) the right to lodge a complaint - you have the right to lodge a complaint against our actions or omissions to the supervisory authority.
